We've just had the cavity walls of our property insulated with the Thermabead product, taking advantage of the Government's Green Homes Grant. The service and communication provided by Arrow was superb, although it turned out that the actual work was sub-contracted out to a company called Evolve Home Energy Solutions. Once Arrow had done the survey and taken our details the rest was handled by Evolve, including the installation. This wasn't immediately obvious at the time of ordering the insulation, but in the grand scheme of things it didn't really make much difference – it just added an extra link to the communication chain. There was a frustratingly long delay between having the survey carried out (4th November) and the insulation being fitted (10th February), but this was almost entirely due to the speed the Green Homes Grant voucher was issued. It didn't help that Evolve were the ones handling the voucher application as they were very slow to respond to enquiries, unlike Andrew from Arrow who almost always replied to my emails on the same day. Overall Evolve seemed to do a good job of installing the wall insulation (it's hard to see it as it's all inside our walls!) and seemed knowledgeable and experienced in the process. They did a good job of tidying up after themselves too. We're pleased to finally have the extra duvet around our house and wouldn't hesitate to use Andrew and Arrow Insulation for other insulation requirements.

The experience from start to finish was extremely professional. So, from making the initial enquiry, which lead to an on-site visit, within a few days, with the resultant quotation on the same day, added to clear and constructive advice, all of which enabled us to make a reasoned evaluation and decision. After confirming our order, the installation date was quickly arranged and confirmed. The all-important implementation was extremely efficient (the team arrived on time), the site was made ready and the work commenced without major hassle nor inconvenience. The work was completed and the site cleared. The quality of the work is good (as far as we know, as it's only been a week!), but we have sufficient trust and confidence in Andrew and his team, that they all respond if we have any support queries. Highly Recommended!
